Returns Policy

Returns and Exchange:

Returns

• Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will be unable to offer you a refund or be able to exchange goods.
• To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original undamaged box or packaging.
• A returns request form must accompany the original invoice.

Exchange

• Complete our Returns Authorisation Request below and send your item to District Eight using the provided shipping label.
• Place your new order online for the product you would like to exchange e.g.: Different colour, Sizing etc…
• District Eight will refund your original item less any shipping that was charged on the original item.
• Refunds are processed within two business days of the original item arriving back in our store.
• Shipping will be charged on your new item unless the item you are exchanging has been damaged when you received it.

Returns Authorisation Request

If you have purchased an item either online or picked it up from our warehouse we require you to complete the following returns request form, please note that any return sent back either for exchange or refund will not be processed by District Eight unless the return request form has been completed. Download the form here and submit your request to support@district8.com.au

Your request will be processed within two business days by our support staff.
